We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Two-Wheeler Mechanic to join our team. The Two-Wheeler Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles and scooters to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks on motorcycles and scooters, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of moving parts. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical problems in two-wheelers using diagnostic tools and equipment. Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Test ride motorcycles and scooters to verify repairs, identify any additional issues, and ensure proper functioning and performance. Perform preventive maintenance services, such as tune-ups, carburetor cleaning, and brake adjustments, to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability. Inspect and assess the condition of motorcycles and scooters to determine repair needs, safety compliance, and maintenance requirements. Follow manufacturer specifications, service manuals, and technical guidelines to perform repairs and maintenance procedures accurately and efficiently. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively to complete repair tasks and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Provide estimates for repair costs and time required for service jobs, communicate with customers about recommended repairs, and obtain approval before proceeding with work. Document all repair activities, parts used, and labor hours accurately in service records and computerized systems for billing and warranty purposes. Keep abreast of new technologies, advancements, and best practices in motorcycle mechanics through training, workshops, and industry publications. Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards in all repair and maintenance activities. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a Two-Wheeler Mechanic or Motorcycle Technician, with at least [X years] of experience in motorcycle repair and maintenance. Technical knowledge and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in motorcycles and scooters. Familiarity with two-wheeler brands, models, and components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems. Ability to use diagnostic tools, equipment, and service manuals effectively to troubleshoot problems and perform repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions. Physical stamina and dexterity to lift heavy parts, maneuver motorcycles, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact with customers, explain repair procedures, and address concerns. Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and work efficiently in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate customer service demands.
