Marketing Executive Job Opening in Kannur

We are currently seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, promoting our brand, and driving customer engagement and sales growth. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital assets, to support marketing campaigns and promotions. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing activities with business goals. Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate leads, drive traffic, and increase sales conversions. Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry associations to enhance brand exposure and coverage in traditional and digital media. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, to evaluate ROI and optimize marketing efforts. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and enhance brand reputation. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics. Prepare and present regular reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management on marketing initiatives, results, and future plans. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all marketing channels and communications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; additional certification in Digital Marketing or Marketing Management is a plus. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role, with at least [X years] of experience in marketing and branding. Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across traditional and digital channels. Fluency in English and proficiency in Malayalam is required; additional languages are a plus.
