We are currently seeking friendly and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, escorting them to their tables and presenting menus. Provide attentive and courteous service to guests throughout their dining experience, answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and taking orders accurately. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the chef. Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously, ensuring accuracy in order delivery and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or concerns, taking corrective action to resolve problems and ensure a positive dining experience. Check on guests periodically to ensure their needs are met, refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and offering dessert or additional items as appropriate. Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions, and providing change or receipts as needed. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service efficiently and ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards. Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, arranging seating, and cleaning and sanitizing work areas. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace, including proper handling of hot dishes and beverages. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a waiter or server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask during busy periods. Attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking, serving, and processing payments. Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the restaurant's operating hours. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, menu items, and service techniques. Neat and professional appearance with proper grooming and hygiene standards. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry trays or plates as needed.
