We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and servicing a wide range of electronic devices and systems. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Technician to join our team and support our electronic manufacturing and repair operations. Responsibilities: Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic components, circuits, and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Read and interpret electronic schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to understand circuit designs and troubleshoot issues. Assemble electronic components onto circuit boards using soldering irons, hand tools, and automated assembly equipment. Test electronic circuits and systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other electronic testing equipment. Identify and diagnose faults, malfunctions, and defects in electronic components and systems, and recommend and implement appropriate repair solutions. Repair or replace defective electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, integrated circuits, and microcontrollers. Program microcontrollers and firmware to control electronic devices and systems, and troubleshoot programming errors and bugs. Install and configure electronic systems and equipment, including wiring, cabling, and connections, according to technical specifications and installation guidelines. Conduct functional and performance tests on completed electronic assemblies and systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with specifications. Document repair and testing procedures, observations, and results accurately and maintain detailed records of electronic components and inventory. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other technicians to resolve technical issues, improve product quality, and enhance manufacturing processes. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace and maintain a safe working environment. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role, preferably in electronic manufacturing or repair. Strong knowledge of electronic principles, circuits, components, and systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation. Experience with soldering techniques, surface-mount technology (SMT), and through-hole component assembly. Familiarity with electronic testing equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and function generators. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electronic faults and defects accurately and efficiently. Proficiency in using electronic diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and repair. Strong attention to detail and quality to ensure accurate assembly and testing of electronic components and systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders effectively. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and production schedules. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures.
