We are currently seeking a talented and experienced OET Trainer to join our team and assist healthcare professionals in achieving their desired scores in the OET exam. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive OET training programs tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals preparing for the exam. Design and implement effective lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning activities focused on the four language skills tested in the OET exam: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate students' English language proficiency and identify areas for improvement specific to their healthcare profession. Provide personalized feedback, coaching, and guidance to students to help them enhance their language skills and overcome communication barriers. Teach and reinforce medical terminology, vocabulary, and language functions relevant to the healthcare sector. Familiarize students with the format, structure, and content of the OET exam through practice tests, mock exams, and exam strategies. Facilitate speaking and writing practice sessions using authentic healthcare-related materials and scenarios. Monitor and track students' progress, attendance, and performance in class, and maintain accurate records of assessments and evaluations. Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment that promotes active participation, collaboration, and mutual support among students. Stay updated on the latest developments in the OET exam, testing procedures, and teaching methodologies through continuous professional development. Collaborate with colleagues, academic managers, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the OET training program and the overall success of students. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), or equivalent qualification preferred. Proven experience as an OET Trainer or English language teacher, preferably with experience in teaching healthcare professionals. Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in all language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare communication requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse healthcare backgrounds and cultures. Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in helping healthcare professionals achieve their career goals. Patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to teaching, with the ability to motivate and inspire students. Organizational skills and attention to detail to plan and deliver effective lessons and assessments. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate students' schedules.
