We specialize in providing high-quality installation and fitting services for various automotive accessories. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Accessories Fitter to join our team. Responsibilities: Install a wide range of automotive accessories, including but not limited to audio systems, lighting kits, navigation systems, security systems, and performance upgrades. Review work orders and specifications to determine the scope of work and required accessories for each installation job. Prepare vehicles for accessory installation by removing existing components, cleaning surfaces, and making necessary modifications. Install and fit accessories according to manufacturer instructions, industry standards, and customer preferences. Wire and connect electrical components, including harnesses, adapters, and connectors, to ensure proper functionality of electronic accessories. Test installed accessories to verify functionality, performance, and compatibility with vehicle systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems with accessory installations, including electrical and mechanical issues. Provide demonstrations and instructions to customers on how to use and operate installed accessories. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the installation bay and workshop area. Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used, time spent, and customer details. Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as an Accessories Fitter or similar role, preferably in an automotive service center or accessory shop. Strong technical skills in installing and fitting automotive accessories, including electrical and mechanical components. Knowledge of automotive systems, electronics, and wiring diagrams. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely. Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. Valid driver's license.
