We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals primarily through phone calls and online communication channels. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services, qualify leads, and generate sales opportunities. Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries, leads, and customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Identify customer needs, understand their pain points, and recommend appropriate solutions to address them. Present product/service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers and address any objections or concerns. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities using CRM software or other sales tools. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Coordinate with marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective customers, and follow up to secure deals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline, and provide regular reports to management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in inside sales or telesales roles, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Ability to understand customer needs and pain points and recommend appropriate solutions. Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals and deadlines. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs. Fluent in English and Malayalam; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
