We specialize in providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for vehicles. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wheel Alignment Technician to join our team. Responsibilities: Perform wheel alignments on various types of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, trucks, and commercial vehicles. Use computerized alignment equipment and diagnostic tools to accurately assess wheel alignment angles, including camber, caster, and toe. Inspect suspension systems, steering components, and tire condition to identify issues that may affect wheel alignment. Adjust wheel alignment angles and settings according to vehicle specifications and manufacturer recommendations. Install alignment shims, spacers, and other components as needed to achieve proper alignment. Test drive vehicles to verify alignment accuracy and ensure proper vehicle handling and steering response. Perform wheel balancing and tire rotation services as needed. Advise customers on the importance of regular wheel alignments and recommend additional services or repairs as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the alignment bay and workshop area. Keep accurate records of alignment procedures performed, including measurements, adjustments, and parts used. Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times and report any safety hazards or incidents to management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician or similar role, preferably in an automotive service center or tire shop. Strong technical skills in wheel alignment procedures, equipment operation, and diagnostic techniques. Familiarity with computerized alignment systems and diagnostic tools. Ability to interpret alignment readings and make adjustments accurately. Knowledge of suspension systems, steering components, and tire wear patterns. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
