We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets in the assigned territory. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and door-to-door canvassing. Contact prospective customers to introduce company products/services, explain features and benefits, and address any questions or concerns. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition and benefits of company products/services. Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, pricing, and discounts with customers to secure deals and achieve sales targets. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective customers in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales support, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software or other tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in field sales or direct sales roles, preferably in [mention industry or sector]. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals and deadlines. Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel within the assigned territory as needed. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools. Fluency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
