This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly as they enter the dining area, escort them to their tables, and present menus. Provide menu recommendations and take guests' orders accurately and efficiently. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared and served promptly. Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or special requests promptly. Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance, such as refilling drinks or offering additional condiments. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them, and ensuring proper sanitation. Assist with opening and closing procedures, such as setting up tables, stocking supplies, and cleaning up after service. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure a positive work environment and effective teamwork. Uphold food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and adherence to sanitation guidelines. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, seeking solutions to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction. Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times, including those related to safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Requirements: Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking, serving, and processing payments. Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements. Fluency in Malayalam and English; additional language skills are a plus.
