As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth, establish strong customer relationships, and contribute to the success of our business.You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and promoting our products/services to customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for achieving results in a competitive sales environment. Responsibilities: Prospect and identify potential customers within the assigned geographic area or industry segment. Conduct cold calls, visits, and meetings with prospects to introduce our products/services and understand their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize sales opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed sales quotas. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and support customer needs. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products/services. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development in sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry/sector] or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
