Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support organizational goals and objectives. Lead recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies and support career growth. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and implement measures to mitigate risks. Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational development. Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and inform decision-making. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to HR staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
