Job Title: HR Executive Location: Ernakulam, Kerala, India Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Ernakulam. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and performance evaluations, in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and retirement plans. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. Prepare HR reports and analytics on key metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
