Responsibilities: Perform exterior and interior washing of vehicles using appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and products to remove dirt, grime, and stains effectively. Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage, scratches, or dents before washing and notify the supervisor of any discrepancies or concerns. Pre-treat stubborn stains, grease, or debris on vehicle surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure thorough cleaning results. Wash and rinse vehicle exteriors, including body panels, windows, wheels, and tires, using pressure washers, hoses, and cleaning brushes. Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, floor mats, and dashboard surfaces, using vacuum cleaners, brushes, and cleaning agents. Wipe down and polish vehicle surfaces, including glass, mirrors, trim, and chrome accents, to achieve a streak-free and glossy finish. Clean and sanitize door handles, steering wheels, gear shifts, and other high-touch surfaces using disinfectants to ensure a hygienic environment. Dry vehicle exteriors and interiors thoroughly using microfiber towels or air blowers to prevent water spots and streaks. Inspect vehicles for quality control after washing and detailing, ensuring that all areas are clean, dry, and free of residue. Apply protective coatings, wax, or sealants to vehicle exteriors to enhance shine and provide additional protection against environmental elements. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the car washing area, including equipment, tools, and supplies, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, and working around vehicles to prevent accidents and injuries. Assist customers with additional car care services, such as waxing, polishing, or interior detailing, as requested and according to company policies. Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests courteously and promptly. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, meet workload demands, and ensure timely completion of car washing assignments. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or automotive cleaning preferred but not required. Knowledge of car washing techniques, cleaning products, and equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and detailing tools. Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions for extended periods. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results, with a focus on customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Fluency in Malayalam; proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred but not required.
