As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team in Thrissur.You will play a crucial role in developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and driving business growth through effective inside sales techniques. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities in the Thrissur market. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help them achieve their goals. Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the inside sales team, monitoring performance and providing regular reports to senior management. Oversee the inside sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring adherence to best practices and sales protocols. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies, optimize lead quality, and support marketing campaigns. Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the inside sales team to review progress, discuss challenges, and provide guidance. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the inside sales team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for inside sales initiatives. Provide leadership and direction to the inside sales team, inspiring them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (X years) in inside sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the [industry/niche] sector. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and drive business growth. Proficiency in sales techniques, CRM software, and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to make informed decisions. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Fluency in Malayalam and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
