Lead and motivate a team of employees, including sales executives, customer service representatives, and administrative staff, to achieve high performance and productivity. Set clear performance expectations and targets for team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to support their professional development and success. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage the branch budget and expenses effectively, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all branch operations. Oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Collaborate with other branches, departments, and senior management to share best practices, resources, and insights. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive customer relationships. Maintain accurate records of branch activities, sales data, inventory, and other relevant information, providing reports to senior management as required. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and community initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and visibility. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (X years) in branch management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the [industry/niche] sector.
