As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Thrissur.You will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the successful execution of sales initiatives. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities in the Thrissur market. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of field sales executives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help them succeed. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and monitor performance against objectives, taking corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with team members to review progress, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to align sales efforts with business objectives and customer needs. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Analyze sales data and market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and use insights to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our products/services and enhance our brand presence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience (X years) in field sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably in the [industry/niche] sector. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and drive business growth. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and performance metrics. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to close deals and win new business. Fluency in Malayalam and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
