Responsibilities: Pickup orders from our distribution center or designated location and ensure they are correctly loaded onto the delivery vehicle. Navigate assigned delivery routes using GPS or maps to reach customers' locations efficiently. Deliver orders to customers' doorsteps or specified delivery points in a timely manner. Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure that the correct items are delivered to customers. Collect payments from customers, if applicable, and provide receipts as necessary. Handle cash and transactions securely, following company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers politely and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in proper working condition. Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving and making deliveries. Report any delivery issues, vehicle maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the supervisor or appropriate personnel. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times. Collaborate with the dispatch team and communicate any changes or delays in delivery schedules. Assist with other duties in the distribution center or warehouse as needed. Requirements: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Prior experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of efficient delivery routes. Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry packages as needed. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
