We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Thrissur.You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, build relationships with customers, and promote our products/services in the Thrissur region. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries for targeted sales efforts. Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the market and expand the customer base. Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions to address customer requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software or other tools. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager on a regular basis. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products/services. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (X years) in field sales or a similar role, preferably in the [industry/niche] sector. Strong sales acumen and ability to drive results in a target-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing. Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude towards achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role. Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Fluency in Malayalam and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
