Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the service center and inquire about their automotive service needs. Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their service requirements. Provide recommendations to customers based on their vehicle's service history, manufacturer recommendations, and your expertise. Schedule service appointments and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of work. Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and any additional recommendations. Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure that all service work is completed to the highest standards and within the promised time frame. Review service invoices with customers, explain the work performed, and answer any questions they may have. Upsell additional services, maintenance packages, or accessories as appropriate and in line with customers' needs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving for customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle service history in the database. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience (X years) as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and maintenance requirements. Proficiency in computer software for scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and generating invoices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
