In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products or services via email, chat, and social media channels. Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, billing issues, and other service-related matters. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers, ensuring a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Stay informed about company policies, products, and promotions to effectively address customer queries and concerns. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and respond to customer comments and inquiries in a timely manner. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system. Continuously seek opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency through feedback and training. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or challenging situations with patience and empathy. Proficiency in using computers and online communication tools, including email, chat, and social media platforms. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information and transactions. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required; additional languages are a plus.
