Job Description: Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business growth. Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and other channels to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Identify key markets, segments, and customer profiles to focus sales efforts effectively. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their requirements. Product Promotion: Promote company products and services through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and presentations. Lead Generation: Generate leads through inbound and outbound marketing activities, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and follow-up to ensure a consistent pipeline of potential customers. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track sales performance, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies, share insights, and support cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and market insights. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
