Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office space. Assist other departments with administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus. Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
