Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve targets. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, media, and industry influencers. Develop compelling marketing content, such as sales collateral, website content, blog posts, and press releases, to engage target audiences and enhance brand visibility. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Malayalam. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems, and email marketing software. Experience in budget management and financial analysis related to marketing activities. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
