Job Description: As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the field sales team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and expand market share in the designated territory. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in field sales management, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the field sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and meet or exceed sales targets. Set clear sales goals, targets, and performance metrics for the field sales team, and monitor progress and performance against established KPIs. Hire, onboard, train, and develop field sales representatives, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and resources to succeed in their roles. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback and performance coaching, and recognize top performers within the team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the designated territory to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align field sales efforts with overall sales strategies, goals, and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customers to expand the company's presence and market share. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure that field sales activities and processes comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in field sales management, and share insights and recommendations with the team. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing field sales performance, results, and recommendations for improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the field sales team, promoting teamwork, communication, and a customer-centric mindset. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Results-oriented with a focus on driving sales performance and business growth.
