The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing tactics, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition. Create and manage digital content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, email, and digital advertising platforms. Utilize SEO techniques to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic traffic. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns to engage followers, increase brand loyalty, and drive user engagement. Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance. Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools and metrics to track KPIs, identify trends, and optimize performance. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices in digital marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms. Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging digital content and campaigns. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
