Job Description: The Cleaner will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at our clients' premises. This role involves cleaning and sanitizing designated areas, such as offices, homes, public spaces, and restrooms, using appropriate cleaning methods, tools, and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform cleaning duties according to established schedules and procedures, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards and prevent the spread of germs and bacteria. Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly, ensuring that garbage is handled and segregated according to waste management guidelines. Clean and maintain common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, staircases, and reception areas, to create a welcoming and hygienic environment for occupants and visitors. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure streak-free results and visibility. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to remove dust, dirt, and smudges and maintain a clean and attractive appearance. Follow safety protocols and procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and using caution signs as needed. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleaning supply shortages to the supervisor or management promptly to ensure timely resolution. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition, including performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and storing supplies properly. Uphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or related field is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning tasks to ensure high-quality results. Physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks and lift and move heavy objects as needed. Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow directions and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Willingness to undergo training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
