As an HR Executive in Munnar, your primary responsibility is to support the human resources functions of the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. You will collaborate with HR managers and other team members to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing pre-employment paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training schedules. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely and effective resolution or escalation as needed. Promote positive employee relations by fostering open communication, trust, and collaboration among employees and management. Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in goal setting, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees and managers. Assist in identifying training and development needs to enhance employee performance and professional growth. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and initiatives to address skill gaps, enhance job-related competencies, and promote employee development and career advancement. Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. HR Administration: Manage HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee information. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, performance appraisal forms, and HR reports. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures to promote fairness, consistency, and compliance. Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives and activities, such as employee recognition programs, team-building events, and communication forums. Gather feedback from employees and identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction and morale. HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, policy updates, HRIS implementation, and organizational development initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software. Attention to detail and accuracy in HR administration tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
