Training and Development: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and skill-building exercises to enhance the capabilities of the field sales team. Keep team members updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to ensure they are equipped to succeed. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and customer feedback. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align sales forecasts with inventory management, production planning, and resource allocation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, customer support, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives. Act as a liaison between field sales and other departments to address customer needs and market demands effectively. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales management is a plus.
