Document design specifications, measurements, and construction details for reference and replication. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in fashion design, textile design, fine arts, or a related field. Additional coursework or training in handwork techniques, embroidery, or textile arts is preferred. Experience: Previous experience as a handwork designer, embroidery designer, or textile artist. Demonstrated proficiency in handcrafting techniques, including embroidery, beadwork, appliqué, and surface ornamentation. Creativity: Strong artistic flair and creative vision.
