Apply hair coloring, highlighting, and bleaching techniques to achieve desired hair color effects, using professional hair color products and following safety protocols. Perform hair treatments and chemical services, such as perms, relaxers, and keratin treatments, to improve hair texture, manageability, and overall health. Provide hair extension services, including installation, blending, and styling of hair extensions, weaves, and hairpieces, to add length, volume, and thickness to clients' hair. Recommend and sell professional hair care products, styling tools, and accessories to clients, educating them on proper hair care techniques and product usage. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon work area, including styling stations, tools, equipment, and communal areas, following sanitation and safety guidelines. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in hair styling and hair care products, attending training sessions, workshops, and industry events as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with hair services. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Hairdressing, or a related field from a recognized beauty school or vocational institute. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in providing hair care services in a salon or spa environment. Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques, with proficiency in using hairdressing tools and products. Creativity and artistic flair, with the ability to interpret client requests and translate them into flattering and stylish hair designs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to clients' needs, communicate effectively, and build rapport with clients. Attention to detail and precision in performing hair services, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced salon environment, handling multiple clients and appointments.
