We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Sultan Bathery. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone or via online channels. Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and payment terms with customers, overcoming objections and objections to close deals and achieve sales targets. Coordinate with sales managers, product specialists, and other internal teams to provide support, gather information, and ensure smooth handover of leads and opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software or other sales tracking tools. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and secure repeat business or referrals. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitor activity, and product updates to effectively position and sell products or services to customers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions effectively. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone or via online channels. Customer-centric approach, with a focus on understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
