Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to remain competitive and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or B2B sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product/service features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to customers. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Results-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and resilience in a dynamic sales environment. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend meetings, and participate in sales events.
