As an All-Round Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes, including traditional Kerala cuisine, to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our culinary standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, in accordance with recipes and guidelines. Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards. Monitor and manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and create new dishes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and sanitation procedures. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and best practices. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cook or All-Round Cook, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. Deep knowledge of Kerala cuisine and traditional cooking methods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
