We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Kozhikode. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to capture market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales processes and outcomes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Knowledge of sales management software and CRM systems.
