We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bodyshop Advisor to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Job Description: As a Bodyshop Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our operations by liaising between customers and our bodyshop team to ensure efficient and effective repair services. You will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, providing accurate estimates, coordinating repairs, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the process. Responsibilities: Greet customers and conduct thorough inspections of their vehicles to assess damage and required repairs. Provide detailed and accurate estimates for repair costs, timelines, and necessary parts or materials. Communicate with customers regarding repair options, timelines, and any additional services needed. Coordinate with the bodyshop team to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and address any concerns or questions they may have. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repair orders, estimates, and invoices. Collaborate with insurance companies to process claims and negotiate repair costs when necessary. Uphold high standards of customer service by ensuring quality repairs and resolving any issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to automotive repairs and customer service. Assist in promoting additional services and maintenance packages to customers to enhance their vehicle's performance and longevity. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Service Advisor, or related role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, parts, and materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient computer skills and experience using automotive repair software. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Certification or training in automotive service management is preferred.
