Conduct classroom lectures, hands-on workshops, and interactive training sessions on SAP accounting concepts, functionalities, and best practices. Provide guidance and support to learners in understanding SAP accounting processes, configuring system settings, and executing transactions within SAP ERP systems. Demonstrate real-world scenarios and case studies to illustrate the application of SAP accounting modules in business environments, emphasizing practical relevance and industry insights. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in SAP accounting modules are highly desirable. Professional certification in SAP accounting modules, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting (SAP FI) or SAP Certified Application Associate - Management Accounting (SAP CO), is required. Extensive hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and using SAP accounting software in corporate or consulting environments. Proven track record of delivering SAP training programs or workshops to diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and corporate clients. In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profitability analysis. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Strong interpersonal skills and a student-centered approach to teaching, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire learners. Proficiency in instructional technology and educational tools for delivering online or blended learning experiences is advantageous.
