Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas according to spa protocols and regulations. Follow proper disinfection and sterilization procedures for tools, equipment, and linens after each client session. Client Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish trust with clients through attentive service, active listening, and personalized care. Address client concerns, feedback, and requests in a professional and timely manner to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Appointment Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule spa appointments, manage appointment bookings, and coordinate treatment schedules to optimize therapist productivity and client flow. Qualifications and Skills: Certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field from a recognized institution. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury spa or wellness center. Strong technical skills in performing a variety of spa treatments and services, with proficiency in massage techniques and modalities.
