Job Description: Burger Maker in Kannur Position Title: Burger Maker Location: Kannur, Kerala, India Job Summary: As a Burger Maker in Kannur, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality burgers and other fast food items according to established recipes and customer preferences. Your role will involve ensuring food safety, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes. Grill, fry, or cook burger patties, bacon, vegetables, and other ingredients as per customer orders and specifications. Ensure that all food items are cooked, seasoned, and presented consistently to meet quality standards and customer expectations. Monitor cooking temperatures, timers, and equipment settings to ensure food safety and prevent overcooking or undercooking. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders to customers. Handle food ingredients, toppings, condiments, and garnishes safely and hygienically, following proper storage and handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area, including work surfaces, equipment, utensils, and storage areas. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP guidelines, to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Follow established procedures for food preparation, handling, labeling, and storage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food supplies, checking for quality, quantity, and expiration dates. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders accurately, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns professionally. Uphold the restaurant's brand image and reputation by delivering consistently high-quality food and service to customers. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance cooking skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. Assist with cleaning duties, closing procedures, and other tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager or supervisor.
