Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria, such as budget, needs, and timeline, and record relevant information in CRM software. Keep abreast of product/service updates, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information to prospects. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and self-learning initiatives. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar outbound calling role, preferably in sales or customer service. Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam, with a clear and articulate speaking voice. Strong persuasive skills and the ability to engage and influence prospects over the phone. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for data entry and call logging. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to handle rejection and overcome challenges. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Proximity to Kottayam or willingness to relocate is preferred.
