Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our establishment. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment for our staff. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff assignments, and customer service. Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to provide exceptional service and uphold company standards. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations and minimize waste. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies at all times. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance, increasing sales, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as required. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers and staff. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, preparation techniques, and serving standards. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Certification in food safety and sanitation preferred. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
