As a Hotel Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all departments function smoothly. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing guest inquiries and requests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the hotel. Responsibilities: Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel staff across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high performance and adherence to standards. Delegate tasks effectively and monitor staff productivity and performance. Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries or requests during their stay. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs and ensure that all requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including room assignments, reservations, billing, and cashiering procedures. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and amenities and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards. Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, including revenue forecasting, expense management, and cost control initiatives. Ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing processes, and oversee cash handling and reconciliation procedures. Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings while maintaining high-quality service standards. Safety and Security: Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment, emergency exits, and security systems, and address any issues promptly. Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed, liaising with local authorities and management as appropriate. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience in hotel management or supervisory role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
