As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities: Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits. Follow recipes and standard procedures to ensure consistency and quality in beverage preparation. Customize drinks according to customer preferences and special requests. Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly and provide them with menus and recommendations for drinks based on their preferences. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Anticipate and fulfill customer needs, including refills, additional drinks, and special requests. Bar Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including bar tops, glassware, equipment, and storage areas. Monitor inventory levels of beverages, garnishes, and supplies, and restock as needed. Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and policies, including checking identification and refusing service to intoxicated guests. Menu Development and Specials: Assist in developing and updating the bar menu, including creating new cocktails and seasonal specials. Promote and upsell featured drinks, specials, and promotions to increase sales and enhance the customer experience. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers. Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any issues or concerns. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality establishment. Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in beverage preparation and order taking. Knowledge of alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage service practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
