Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for individuals or groups of varying skill levels. Deliver lectures, presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises to facilitate learning and comprehension. Customized Training: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of participants, such as students, professionals, or corporate clients. Adapt teaching methods and content delivery based on the learning styles and preferences of trainees. Practical Assignments: Assign and evaluate practical coding exercises, projects, and assignments to reinforce theoretical concepts and enhance practical skills. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help trainees improve their coding proficiency. Previous experience as a Java developer or software engineer is highly desirable. Teaching Experience: Proven experience as a Java trainer, instructor, or educator.
