We are seeking a creative and talented 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural visualization and a keen eye for detail. As a 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual representations of architectural designs to communicate concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives. Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of architectural designs using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. Develop photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs that effectively showcase design concepts, materials, and lighting. Ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications and guidelines. Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine visualizations and meet client expectations. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in architectural visualization techniques and tools. Assist in the development of presentation materials for client meetings, marketing, and promotional purposes. Collaborate with other team members to maintain project schedules and deliverables. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and ideas with team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role in an architectural or design firm. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent artistic skills and attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural visualization and rendering. Knowledge of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies is a plus. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
