Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our team. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior design projects at various construction sites in and around Thamarassery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, construction management, and site supervision. Responsibilities: Coordinate with the project manager, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets. Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including but not limited to material procurement, site preparation, installation, and finishing works. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Manage and motivate on-site workers, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, implementing effective solutions to minimize delays and disruptions. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and manpower allocation. Communicate regularly with the project team to provide updates on site progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Uphold company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and professionalism in all aspects of job performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in interior design, construction management, architecture, or related field. Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the interior design or construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
