We are seeking a skilled and experienced architect to join our team. As an architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs and requirements of our clients. Responsibilities: Develop conceptual designs and prepare sketches, drawings, and specifications. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and blueprints. Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and constraints. Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Licensed or pursuing licensure as a professional architect (RA or equivalent). years of experience working in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
