Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script or guidelines. Introduce our products/services to potential clients and highlight their benefits. Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up calls. Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the team lead or manager. Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly. Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to maximize sales. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role. Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). Ability to persuade and influence others effectively. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency. Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; higher education is a plus.
