Key Responsibilities: Assistance with Administrative Tasks: Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls. Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry to maintain organized records. Support for Operations: Help with the setup and arrangement of equipment, materials, and supplies for various activities or events. Assist in the transportation of goods, tools, or machinery within the facility as required. Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting. Assist in the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and machinery by reporting defects or malfunctions to supervisors. Inventory Management: Assist in the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, supplies, and materials. Conduct periodic stock checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Assistance to Other Departments: Provide support to different departments or teams based on their specific needs and requirements. Collaborate with colleagues to accomplish tasks and achieve departmental goals effectively. Adherence to Safety Regulations: Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Report any safety hazards, accidents, or incidents to supervisors promptly. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role or willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects. Basic understanding of administrative procedures and willingness to assist with clerical tasks. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
