The ideal candidate will have expertise in electronics troubleshooting, soldering, and component-level repair, with a focus on quality and precision. Key Responsibilities: Diagnostic Testing: Use specialized equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers, to perform diagnostic tests and identify faults in electronic devices. Analyze circuit diagrams, schematics, and datasheets to understand the functionality and interconnections of electronic components. Component-Level Repair: Repair or replace faulty components, including ICs, capacitors, resistors, transistors, diodes, and connectors, using soldering irons and rework stations. Perform advanced troubleshooting and reflow soldering techniques to address common issues such as power failure, short circuits, overheating, and signal distortion. Microsoldering and BGA Rework: Conduct microsoldering and BGA (Ball Grid Array) rework to repair damaged solder joints, traces, and pads on circuit boards. Utilize precision soldering tools and techniques to work with small-scale components and fine-pitch IC packages. Data Recovery and Flashing: Retrieve data from damaged or corrupted storage devices, such as NAND flash memory chips, using specialized tools and techniques for data recovery.
